Ask anyone if they would equate the current stage of societal development to that of a newborn, adolescent, or elder, and most people will say that we’re a bunch of teenagers—playing tricks on people who don’t like us, identifying with the in- or out-group, and only beginning to discover who we are beyond our constructed social identities.

If that’s the case—if our collective search for wisdom has only begun to mature—then what will allow us to leap to the next level of development as a species? While there are no easy answers, in recent years certain organizational and technological innovations have made the prospect of a “world that works for everyone” imminently tangible. One such organization, we believe, is VisionForce.

The VisionForce technology enables individuals to become revolutionaries who take a stand for unequivocally universal human values; guide themselves by a vision for a better life and new world; and take the bold actions necessary to bring about the change they seek.

Through integrating the collaborative power of Web 2.0 and cutting-edge human development technology, VisionForce’s online presence will exist not only to facilitate a global conversation on what it means to be a human being, but also give individuals the tools to start their own revolution—in any sector, field, or organization.

In short, our goal is to operationalize, on a global level, RFK’s now famous words:

 VisionForce.com will:

a.    Have a collaborative, self-organizing functionality where people can download manifestos, revolution toolkits, etc.

b.    Feature a WordPress blog and podcasting

c.    Allow visitors to contribute to the evolving conversation about the vision revolution, through wiki boards and/or drupal-like community-building software
