* 2. Major engineering companies respond to rising seas and create canals that take the excess water into barren lowlands inside the continents where it is needed.
* 3. The national military forces of the planet merge to form natural security teams and restore their respective parts of the earth�s forests, plant life, watersheds, wildlife and the biosphere above all that.
* 4. That schools recognize that content is already available on line and change their courses to life skills, learning based pursuits, and a new partnership with nature.
* 5. That Universities build upon the science of conscious evolution, a visionary mindset, and life force living intelligence and then structure their experience based curricula to that end.
* 6. That government decentralizes into bioregions and organizes military units, school kids, fire departments and others to generate food foraging forests in all available sites for complete global food security.
* 7. That neighborhoods take on a wide variety of energy producing solutions to become fully independent but not totally separate from the power grid.
* 8. That web-based democracies attend to their regionally based constituents and use the global web intelligence system to optimize local living. 9. That railheads, airports, and warehouses converge to be able to launch global air rescue missions that deliver major emergency living villages to all peoples globally within hours of a disaster.
* 10. That the global public achieves a clear unifying identity and the pre-emptive political power to defang the nuclear arsenal and its fear based factions while offering alternative product lines for the military industrial complex.
* 11. That we accept the notion that life is more likely to exist in the galaxy than not and prepare for the real benefits of new connections.
* 12. That we embrace a new level of profound simplicity and reintroduce creativity as a replacement for things and mindless entertainment.

After reading…The Twelve Breakthroughs of the Next Decade
I began to move within the movement of The Vision.
Visionaries have the Vision for Breakthrough because we move in Vision…
The true commintment in being a Visionary is to create within oneself the Honor to Bennevolence…I beleive it is when we touch the possibility of Bennevolence within us we reach a sight & within this sigth is the urgencey so needed in America, in the world to step forth and create a Visionary Realm within from where ever it comes from and because we Honor Life…
In the 12 Breakthroughs I just read I glimpse into the possiblitly of these breakthrough to become An Alignment with me…So I offer on this Visionary Path, the Alignment of Breakthrough…As if I were embarking along this path & I saw a distant sunset and knew that if I align my Vision Scope to arise that the sunset would lead me to the white sanding beach where the pristene blue seacoast flows in tides of breakthrough because another was in Alignment and that created The force that became to be…Truely is it not The Alignment that brings about The Movement for Breakthrough…The above & beyond Honor within makes me beleive in breakthroughs as a reality…

I am excited by this list. Even in my community, we have made a big difference in our little world. Our neighbourhood joined together to save a forest…we won after a long struggle with bureaucracies and fearful people….Now after 5 years the battle is forgotten..by most…and the forest is enjoyed by all. My whole life has been focussed upon the intention to make the world a better place for all, the privileged and the underprivileged. At times I have felt very discouraged. Yet, reading this list has lifted my heart. Thank you.
and associated articles (965, 966, 968 etc.) are part of a series to describe the type of underlying technology that will allow the above vision to become reality.
the present use of technology is centralised by monopolistic practices to prevent the above from happening – or – help sustain it in a pathological way.
