What an incredible tribute to those who took a stand for peace.
Here at Vision Force, we also salute the soldiers who fought, and in doing so stood for peace. The more we can all see the stand even in our adversaries, the more we can call them to stand with us in a way that works.

Mar 18th, 2007I heard and saw the trailer with Rita singing ‘Soldier, We Love You’.
I thought this lady was a big singing star from the 70′s. I was wondering who she was. Who had this wonderful voice? I thought I’d heard it before somewhere but I couldn’t place a name to it. Then I realized as I went further into the ‘Live Feed’ trailer that she was new. I’m so very impressed with her voice, her song and her presence. I’d like to hear and know more from and about this very serene and charming lady with the amazing angel-like voice. Instantly she got my attention. I think she’ll be really Big!

Mar 18th, 2007Jeff,
Rita’s song is not new. Her clip is from the documentary, “Sir! No Sir!” It’s a tribute to the soldiers of the Vietnam war who stood for peace.
Wonderful voice…

Oct 25th, 2008I was so struck by this movie and by the angelic voice of Rita Martinson. I’ve been searching the web for more info on her and hoping to find the song “soldier we love you” somewhere. If anyone finds this information please post it. Thanks, Joe

Nov 8th, 2008I have listened to this song for so many years it always makes me sad, all the soldiers that lost their lives in a war that should not have happened. many returned home and lost their way in life, let us never forget.
Rita Martinson says it in the song, blessed with a beautiful voice, a star. I would also be interested to know what happened to this lady.
